VIP Status??
 
Has anyone been able to get a hold of VIP? I send private messages but they don't get answered and I've been trying to call for a couple days now and it says their numbers been disconnected. I checked thier website and there's no update saying they changed numbers or anything. I have no problem with there being a delay on my wheels, it's the poor poor communication that's killing me. If they didn't already have some of my money on hold I wouldn't be worried but this is very shady. I know I'm not the only one having this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Im waiting a set of venaci spirits that I ordered in January. The wait is not what I'm worried about like I said. I know there's people that have been waiting much longer. It's the lack of communication and leaving customers in the dark that is bothersome.

I dont understand why this has to get locked, but the fact that people come in here and only say ibtl and put popcorn smilies will get it closed I suppose.

Rick's around. Agreed that he is taking in more business than he can handle, but one thing he is NOT is a thief. He's around. I just got my wheels delivered today...it's the first set of the new Venaci 99RR, after 20 or so delays.

I think once a company has your money, and suddenly disappears with no way to get a hold of them is more then a fair reason to have a thread raising concerns. If your not having similar issues, or have no help to input on the situation then don't post.

I'm not claiming him a thief either. I'm not even saying he's a bad guy. You just can't take people's money like this and leave them in the dark. I just want to be able to contact the company I'm doing business with, especially when they already have my money.

I had a long wait on a bodykit I ordered. He's not always on top of the communication but he went above and beyond to make it right when it was all said and done.

This is a constant excuse in various VIP Status threads.. IT's NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT that he has other business's, family to run, etc.. These threads have been popping up over the last 4-5 MONTHS! The same issues with order delays, impossible communication, members going to VIP Status mid week to find their doors locked, etc.. I could understand a rough patch for a short period of time but this is just absurd. The guy obviously does NOT know how to run a business if he can't fix the communication issues by now :rolleyes:

We just talk in the pm's a few days ago.Already told you that we are waiting for your eta,if you need something just pm me.
The lines are down right now,cause we were using AT&T but changing out to a new company.But it's the same # should be up soon.
I know some people leave a small deposit or not,but when we order your wheels we pay in full,just fyi.
So we front $$ for most of the wheels that we order.
So is eta what your looking for?:tiphat: i don't have a update every day.Maybe about once a week.So once i have a update for you or others everyone will know:tup:

Hey Rick, yeah you sent me a pm last Monday saying you would have an ETA Tuesday or wendsday and never got back to me. I did send you messages since then and haven't received responses. I don't know if your getting them or not but they show up in my sent folder. I know you help us out a lot, but if you know your phones are gonna be disconnected for a couple days you should give your customers a heads up. For someone like myself who has to save for months to make a purchase like this it's scary when all of the sudden you can't contact the company who has your money, even if it is only a deposit. But yes, I would LOVE an update. Like I said earlier, I understand there will be delays and thats ok. I just want to be able to receive updates without having to pull teeth. Even when the phone line was up, I would call and there would be no answer. Then the machine says not to leave a message and hangs up. If you ever order anything from us that was in stock your having it the next day.When people like to post they never say from the day they order,how many times they change the color or offset then do it agian after a few weeks.Everyone wants to say there side of the story.
I guess if we don't know how to run a business,we would not be open for 8-9years when all the little shop/online company close.you think?

The issue at hand is wheel sales. You made it very clear in your previous postings that you no longer stock these wheels as "little shops" often undercut you and so it's not in your interest to stock the wheels. I have followed each thread on my350z and this forum and it's apparent there is a SERIOUS issue at hand. One or two people posting with issues.. sure maybe it's an isolated incident.. but this is clearly not the case! There are countless posts regarding serious lack of communication, failed ETA's, phones disconnected, vendor status removed, refunds not being made, etc.. those are not signs of a healthy business. It's apparent you built a solid reputation in your previous years of business and that's why I haven't commented on the situation until recently.. (reports of poor customer service have been circulating for months.. refer to THREAD HERE) Your current customers are getting the short end of the stick and it's not right. I do not currently own a Z however I was once very active within the 350Z community and still browse each Z forum daily. If you are too busy to respond to customers then you should hire someone to help with email's/PM's/call's or simply not take more orders until these issues are resolved. Sorry Rick but based on your current reputation/customer service I will not be purchasing anything from you :ugh2: I will take my business to that "little shop" that has time to answer my email's/PM's/call's :tiphat:

I've been a registered member on the my350z forums for 7 years Rick. I was notified of this thread as I saw a post on the my350z boards and came here to view/discuss. I also frequent this forum but just recently registered as I wanted to post regarding this issue. See above comments regarding your buddies "troll" comment :bowrofl: I obviously would not work for you as you clearly show a lack of education when it comes to running a business (often the case when enthusiasts start a business). I've said what I wanted to say and so I will not respond further. I am clearly taking away valuable time from your other business's.. while you are here logged in I want you to reply to your customers who are in the dark about their orders/refunds and not to me :rolleyes:
