VIP Status??
Has anyone been able to get a hold of VIP? I send private messages but they don't get answered and I've been trying to call for a couple days now and it says their numbers been disconnected. I checked thier website and there's no update saying they changed numbers or anything. I have no problem with there being a delay on my wheels, it's the poor poor communication that's killing me. If they didn't already have some of my money on hold I wouldn't be worried but this is very shady. I know I'm not the only one having this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Im waiting a set of venaci spirits that I ordered in January. The wait is not what I'm worried about like I said. I know there's people that have been waiting much longer. It's the lack of communication and leaving customers in the dark that is bothersome.
I dont understand why this has to get locked, but the fact that people come in here and only say ibtl and put popcorn smilies will get it closed I suppose. |
Rick's around. Agreed that he is taking in more business than he can handle, but one thing he is NOT is a thief. He's around. I just got my wheels delivered today...it's the first set of the new Venaci 99RR, after 20 or so delays.

I think once a company has your money, and suddenly disappears with no way to get a hold of them is more then a fair reason to have a thread raising concerns. If your not having similar issues, or have no help to input on the situation then don't post.

besides VIP Status, Rick has two other businesses and two children, one of which is a new addition to his family... he'll come through.
