Has anyone been able to get a hold of VIP? I send private messages but they don't get answered and I've been trying to call for a couple days now

I send private messages but they don't get answered and I've been trying to call for a couple days now and it says their numbers been disconnected. I checked thier website and there's no update saying they changed numbers or anything. I have no problem with there being a delay on my wheels, it's the poor poor communication that's killing me. If they didn't already have some of my money on hold I wouldn't be worried but this is very shady. I know I'm not the only one having this problem.
