Forgestar offset, HELP!
Hey everyone Im ready to pull the trigger on Forgestar f14 or f05's. Leaning toward the f05's. I have been talking to some members on here and have heard slightly different things. I wanna run 19x9 front 19x11 rear. I plan on dropping it under one inch all around. Looking at Teins which lower it .9 front .7 rear. What offset is gonna work best with this setup?? Also will the offset that works w that lowering amount look decent with the stock ride height?? HELP!

I still maintain a +20 offset will be a perfect fit for your setup. However if you want added peace of mind, you can contact the vendor whom you are ordering your wheels through and they will tell you exactly what offset will best suit your needs. That's what I did and it's how I ended up with +20.

Thanks again avenue. Its not that I didnt trust what u told me just looking for more input. Ive heard between 20 & 24. I contacted Forgestar and they suggested +24 front +28 rear. I havent heard talk of +28 much on these forums though.

It's all good. I just wanted to add "contacting the vendor" as an option because it did not cross my mind when we spoke about it earlier.
I have had the same experience, though, in that I haven't heard much about +28 offsets. The good news is that there are some very knowledgeable members on the forum here that will be able to speak to that subject better than I can, and cover all the pros and cons that come with those numbers. I am curious about the range of offsets too, and the effect they would have on the overall appearance. For the majority of threads that I read on this topic, people tend to go with +24. |

I agree +24 is the most common offset I see on here.

I am awaiting my Forgestars, and I got 30 front (9.5) which equals 24 front (9), and 23 rear (11). I will have Swift suspension (arriving friday ) I spent a lot of time on deciding on offsets, and don't want rubbing issues, or wheels sticking out, with an OEM alignment, and this is what I came to.
