Wheel size decisions?

I have a nismo and am thinking about the ssr sp3s, the only problem is i can not decied if i want to go with 19, or 20 inch wheels. I have coils and am very into the slammed look as well , but also want no issues with driving at high speeds. Opinons and comments please. :tiphat:

Ps. the car will soon be boosted.

I am going through the same decision point and would also like some opinions from the group. I am looking at the AM Forged Prime wheels with Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 tires.

The vendor is recommending a 9” wheel with 245/35/20 for the front and 10.5” with 285/30/20 in the rear. I am starting to think that 19” wheels may be a safer choice..but the bottom-line is

In relative terms….How much better would the ride be with 19” wheels be over the 20” .

You're slammed you have drivability issues already on street so keep 19's for some forgiveness from the tires. Basically if you're dodging manhole lids youre setup wrong.

The roads in NY / NJ are really bad..This is just a weekend ride for me. The vendor mentioned that I would have about a 3.25" sidewall depth. This is about the size on the OEM 18".

It really depends on what you are wanting from the car. If the goal is the slammed look, I'd honestly recommend going with 20's. While a lot of owners will stick with 18's and 19's for various reasons (performance, weight, cost, tire size), the size of the wheel well requires at least a 20" to look properly filled, especially if you're slammed.
