Nitto Invo tires?
Anyone run these and have some opinions/reviews? I couldnt find a whole lot of information, and for the price, they seem decent. Basically looking for a street-only tire that has comparable grip to stocks, and less noise if possible. I was eyeing the Hankook's but tirerack is on back order for who knows how long.

i did just buy 1 Hankook rear from tirerack. I think the problem was getting the fronts.
My tire guy said that the V12s from Hankook are at the end of their model year and Hankook might not be making more till their new version comes out or something. Dont know how much truth there is to that but yeah. I am leaning towards the Contis but i think my V12s should last the summer so Im a little more focused on saving up for a set of winter wheels/tires |

Now that I'm off my phone, here's a little more of my take on the Invo's.
For a street-only tire, they are perfectly fine. They are much quieter than the stock tires, and definitely the quietest Nitto's I've ever used. They were intended as more of a lux-performance tire than a true performance tire, so they're quiet and tend to have a decent ride. If you are driving them hard, they have a tendency to get pretty greasy, and while they cool down relatively quickly, it can make them pretty unpredictable. A lot of people claim they didn't handle the wet that well, but I really felt they were absolutely fine in the wet. My overall thought on the tire is that it is largely unremarkable. It does everything OK. It's fine in the dry, fine in the wet, not that noisy, not that harsh, etc. On the other hand, it doesn't really do anything well. Grip is not on the level of a true performance tire in either the wet or dry, and they're a bit pricey for what they are. The look of the tread is also kinda hit or miss for most people. I'm not the kind of person who buys tires for look, but if you are, it may be worth looking at for you. |

I mean, I don't buy tires for looks, but I do like when I have cool looking tires. Running Star Specs made the S look so much nastier. Especially when you take pictures from the behind the car.
