Hey... Check this out! Fitment?

295/30-19 front
265/35-19 rear

20mm spacers all around

stock 19” rays wheels

Bueno?... or no bueno?

Thanks! :tiphat:

daisuke149 03-21-2011 06:05 PM

think you have the front/rear mixed up

cossie1600 03-21-2011 11:15 PM

Use 35 in the rear, you will have a closer diameter match to stock

wider tire in front to fight understeer?

Lighter TE37 Super Lap version wheels have been provided by Rays and are slightly wider at the front compared to rear-a surprising move, but one made to decrease understeer.

I got 20mms all around. 245 from 285 in the back...both can use more tire. I say go for it.

atx370z 03-23-2011 01:54 AM

Of course i got the front and rear mixed up... :P

the_student...do you have any side shots of your car showing fitment? Right now im running stock wheels and tires with 25mm rear / 20mm front spacers and the flush look is perfect.

Im throwing 20mm's on the rear along with camber kit so im hoping less camber + wider tire + 20mm spacer will give me about the same look as the -2.75 camber + 25mm spacers + stock tires.

Also, i got quoted by the shop i use 760 bucks for wheel spacer install because the studs need to be replaced... is that horse **** or what?

iceman21_23 03-23-2011 02:03 AM

idk about you but id try doing it my self instead of 760 dollars damn... there's a diy here on the forum.

Zerafian 03-24-2011 01:25 PM

Ok I replied but I forgot to hide my license plate haha. Anyway, I cant take a good picture right now because its raining pretty bad here right now. But here is a picture from a couple of months ago before I switched tires and went wider in the back. Sorry it doesnt really show the fitment too good.

the_student, did you replace the front and the rear studs for the 20mm h&r spacers? How wide did you go on the rears when you replaced your tires?
