Rear wheel peeling........

I've seen this happen it the wheel gets a knick in it or from when installing new tires. The machine doesn't damage the wheel but the force on the insulation

I've seen this happen it the wheel gets a knick in it or from when installing new tires. The machine doesn't damage the wheel but the force on the insulation of the tire machine would peel the clear on the outer edges. Did this on my new wheels also. Wasn't a big deal for me.
