ok, first off, I did purchase direct for the ones I ordered, but ...

I have had 2 sets of iForged wheels, both had problems, but were overcome and price/quality ruled over inconvenience. Forgestar is the same company as iForged.

On my C6, rather than buying direct, I bought through a larger volume vendor, simliar to Scott at RA. They sent the wrong offsets and it took me two weeks to get the correct ones.

On my 350z, the dealer dented a wheel while it was in for service.. I bought those direct and it took 5 months to get the replacement.

Mine are for the track and I am also own my own automotive business, so I buy direct, but getting a good vendor if these are your only wheels is much more important than saving a hundred bucks, imo.
