I'd like to stay away from the bumble bee thing... which is why my first instinct to go to black wheels is likely not going to happen... I do like the pearl finish on the wheels shown earlier... One idea I had was to get a deep navy blue color that almost looks black unless its in direct sunlight

Could get old fast. You could also do a gunmetal sort of color with yellow or navy accents.

I don't think the Z can handle a purple wrap... I was thinking the matte grey... I fly on AF jets and I like the look

Very True.

Yea that matte gray is sweet. Someone on here has a matte white on that looks pretty badass as well.

Its 800 for materials? plus the 1100 for install? I'm still debating on whether the black or grey would look better since our grill is black. I think that BMW is satin grey... is that an option?

any 3M product is an option... they have a matte grey which looks almost identical.

Materials would be 800 for two cars worth of vinyl so 400 each

To many people do matte black or satin. so something that no one else does. Just had this convo with my buddy who wants to paint his SRT8 jeep matte black, or pearl white (jeep looks like a moms car in that color IMO) I told him to stick with the black and do some crazy black pearl color. be orginal if your gona spend the money...... and this is why nothing gets done on my car lol im to picky lol
