Ordered mine:
19x9.5 + 30 19x11 + 28 is what forgestar recommended, Eric said +23 on the back, but I went with what forgestar said. He said he just talked to forgestar and they are on a 3-4 week order right now. Fingers crossed! |

Sounds good - Eric is a nice guy with great prices. Not sure how much Forgestar really knows on what fits best (as well as everyone else ) - it really does come down to preference. With your offsets, it is like adding a 23mm spacer to the front and 15mm spacer to the rear - you might want to rethink what Eric advised you with. Yeah, I got the 3-4 weeks from Eric last week, so I am down to 2-3 wheels. Which color did you go with?

I went with matte black. After seeing the double down pix, i knew what i wanted.
I did some *rough* measurements outside, and it looks like the front could go ~20mm to be flush. I'll see if its not too late to adjust to +36, which should put me at 17mm farther out. 3mm to be on the safe side. The backs are fine, i would rather be 'safe' and just add a 5mm spacer later on if need be. EDIT: got a reply back from Eric saying that +36 won't clear the brakes are the touring and sport wheels the same offsets? There should be a post with all these specs, maybe i'll start it if i get some input! try to help other idiots like myself not throw away 2k Last edited by rarwz; 03-22-2011 at 07:14 PM. 325/30 was the size I would probably run, although Porsche has put a 305/30 on 12" wheels for the GT3 and GT3 RS in the past....I wouldn't try it with a hankook though. |

Yeah and the biggest downside is the extra weight. 12" will fit fine. O had thought about doing a 8.5/12 combo like a GT3. Forgestar just doesn't make good offsets in the CF5 and soon to be F14 19x12" with a +42. If the rear suspension was a little wider on our cars we would not have this issue, but what we have is a wider car than a 350z with basically the same rear suspension...so we have to run lower offsets...which means heavier wheels as far as one piece wheels go.

wouldn't that big of a difference on wheel width cause a car to have huge under steer, because thats why initially i was planning of just going with 19X10 all around from forgestar but i didn't see anyone do that before so i didn't want to risk it
