Default G37 wheels on a Zed?

Anyone mounted the 19" G37 wheels on a Zed? If so, pics?

Also, am I right that the tire/wheel combo is essentialy the same as the sport package but just a different set of Rays?

Thanks

EDIT -- hang on, the G37 wheels are heavier and narrower???

Wow -- that sucks.

Yeah, G37 didn't come with forged wheels like the Z. And like you mentioned, even their sport wheels are pretty narrow for the Z. They're really nice looking wheels though.

offsets are pretty bad too, unfortunately. you'd need some pretty beefy spacers to run it correctly.

These are the specs I found (embarassingly, this was AFTER I had alsoready posted a thread on myG37 looking for a trade -- D'OH!!!)

Tires: Bridgestone Potenza RE050A 225/45/19 92W. UTQG 140AA, weight 27 lbs., tread depth 10/32"

Rear: 19"x9". Cast aluminum. Made for Nissan/Infiniti byEnkei. Weight: 27.5 lbs. Bolt pattern 114.3 x 5. Offset +45
Tires: Bridgestone Potenza RE050A 245/40/19 94W. UTQG 140AA, weight 30 lbs., tread depth 10/32"

G35Driver - View Single Post - How much does the OEM rims weight?

If there's a set floating around that weighs less and can have wider tires mounted to them, I'd still be interested -- I really like the look of them.

yeah I knew they were way too heavy to be forged, I even thought of saying I remember them being made by Enkei but wasn't 100% sure.

Yeah I had to run 32mm spacers on rear or else it's crazy tucked.

Not worth the effort, I would have just kept the OEM wheels or get the Sport wheels if you had a base

I has a G37S and those wheels were a bitch to clean - way too many spokes and the way the spokes extended past the outside of the rim, they sucked-in curbs! I think I bought a house and paid for the wheel repair guy's four kids to go to college.

I don't know why you would want to downgrade like that. My buddy has a G37s, and he's told me many times he's buying my wheels if I ever upgrade. The most rubber you can get on the G37 rears is a 275, and it rubs the shock a bit under hard cornering without a spacer.
