Im planing on buying new wheels for my Z

and im gonna go for 20"

will that effect the performance !?

Weight may be the only issue but thats it. The 370z handles 20" wheels extremely well!!!

There's less sidewall height with 20" wheels compared to 19" (assuming same overall diameter), so the ride might be a tad firmer, but on the other hand, perhaps slightly crisper handling.

Yeah, 20"s fill the wheel wells much better.

Weight will def be a factor, but more so I think the rolling diameter is what really slows down the car. At high speeds it helps, but from a stand still you will feel it as it takes more to get that bigger wheel moving. Most run them though, and with a torquey vehicle like the Z are fine.
