Those are a downgrade from stock.......but yes it will.

I know they are smaller width wise.. Im just trying to figure out where it will sit compared to the fender..

Well, from my calculations the rears should be pretty close to the same or stick out toward the fender a bit more, but only 4-5mm. The fronts may stick out too far, the stock offset is a +47. big concern would be if they clear the rotors, that's if you have the sport package of course.
