You're going in the wrong direction. The larger the offset, the more the wheel sinks into the car away from the outside edge of the fender. Try to visualize this. If you have a wheel with a zero offset, that means the hub is right dead center in the middle of the wheel (if you were looking down at the wheel from the top, vertically). Now let's say you have a +20mm offset. That means the hub is pushed 20mm out towards the outside of the wheel. But what happens when you mount it? The further the center of the wheel is pushed outwards, the more the entire wheel will sit inwards when it's mounted. The offset for the stock 19" rears is +30mm. So if you wanted to push the wheels, say, 10mm out towards edge of the fenders, you would deduct 10mm for a target offset of +20mm.

Not only that but if you look at a bone stock 370 like mine here you'll notice that the stock sport wheels aren't sitting flush with the fender to begin with. Now I'm going from a stock offset in the rear (I believe it's +30?) to an offset of +25 will have it sitting just about flush with the fender if not back in the stock postion. I actually think it will improve the look over stock. I know that it may look desirable to get as much meat as you can squeeze into a wheel well but what you gain in grip is countered by added weight and drag. Frankly, I don't think you'll even notice any difference whatsoever from behind the car. But.. there's only ONE way to find out right?? I know I know.. working on it... Interested to see how they look with the offset.
I had Axis wheels on my 350 and I felt that they were a great wheel for the price so I'm thinking of going with them again. Super Hiros with red stripe on black car though, |

Running the offset numbers it looks like your rear wheel will be 1mm less and your front will be perfect.. like an extra 10 or mm. You will eventually want a spacer for the rear if the offset calc is correct.
I just got some rims (well won them on eBay) and my offset front and rear is 20mm... it ends up to where my rear comes out like 6mm more which is okay but not enough but front comes out 21mm more which might be at the fender... Lookin at the 370z on the cover of Modified mag last month they had an extra 17mm on the fronts from factory and the offset in the rear was the same. Looked good in the photos so Im guessing 4mm more wont kill the look for my fronts. They were using 19x9 and 19x10 Nismo LMGt4 5 spoke with offsets 30 front and rear.
