i have invos on my RX7 FD they came with the wheels i bought...in the dry they're good tires, not great, but good...but in the wet, well lets just say you need to be awake and alert lol

Continentals have been great tires for me. I had them on my last 2 Z's, my 11 doesn't need any right now, but good luck with them.

Everyone happy with these tires for all season driving conditions? Was considering the Michelin PS2's but would gladly go with the DWS as long it's got a good grip and is quiet.

What's your experience with either tire brand on your 370Z?

Every test I have seen shows the Continental ExtremeContact tires to be anything but "crap".

My only question to the original poster is why, given you live in South Carolina, could you not consider the DW instead?

That is THE best tire I have been able to find based on tests performance wise all around for warm weather and it even gives you one heck of a good wear rating.

I live in TX and just won't drive the 370 if it is cold out. Not everyone has that luxury though and the DWS is a good tire if you have to go all weather.

Just had these put on last Friday and after some weekend driving, I must say they are definitely quieter than the stock Bridgestones. I haven't driven it hard enough to comment on the performance difference.

How do you guys like this tire so far? I have a fresh set in my garage ready to be installed. This is the first time buying conti's for me. I like how light they are vs the Re050's. :) was pleasantly surprised when I picked them up. I took advantage of the free flip camera rebate as well. :p

I dont agree with this at all........I am running Advan Neova AD08's and think they are the best I have seen so far.

cant really compare an r compound with a regular performance tire....

the extreme contacts will prolly last about 3x as long as the ad08's.

but the ad08's will easily out perform the extreme contacts.

Advan Neova's ARE NOT R compound. As far as wear.....probably right....but....handling and grip are my main concerns and the Advans are golden there.

From tire rack site:

The ADVAN Neova AD08 is Yokohama's Extreme Performance Summer tire developed for the drivers of sports cars, sports coupes and performance sedans that have a passion for sport driving. The ADVAN Neova AD08 is designed to provide high levels of traction, responsive handling and driving control on dry and wet roads, however it is not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

The DWS have a 6 year / 50,000 mile tread wear warranty, which is after reading their fine print is not actually applicable to ones used on our cars. Tires covered require that they be rotated every 6,000 to 8,000 miles and a rotation schedule be presented for warranty coverage.

I'm hoping mine last in the 40k range but that's probably wishful thinking lol
