Rays Duraluminum lugs

I found these on ebay and I was wondering if it is safe to replace the stock lugs with these lugs from Rays. They are not tuner lugs so they

Default Rays Duraluminum lugs

I found these on ebay and I was wondering if it is safe to replace the stock lugs with these lugs from Rays. They are not tuner lugs so they do not fit on aftermarket rims.
