Pull good tire off 1 rim and put on another?

Is it possible to take a perfectly good tire off one rim and put it on a different rim granted the wheel sizes are exactly the same?

Absolutely. Just make sure the shop knows how to dismount and mount a tire properly without damaging the rim. Look for a shop with a lever less/touch less machine. It will save you a lot of headache.
