Extended studs with Aftermarket wheels and lugs
I have TE37s in the standard 370z offsets and closed ended Rays Duralumin extended lugs nuts. I switch the stock sport wheels and TEs a good bit. I'm wondering if I get extended lugs and spacers for the stock wheels, will the extended studs be too long for my Rays lug nuts (without spacers)? Or are there any other complications I should worry about.

if they are the same offsets why not just use the spacers for both apps? |
yes, Swapping back and forth between stock and TEs.
They are not the same size. TE's are 19x9.5 +22 19x10.5 +12. Stock 19s are 19x9 +47 19x10 +30 (I think) I want to use a 15 and 20 mm spacer with the stock wheels. |
oh ok, i thought they were the same offsets.
anyway yah, i recommend you get deeper lugs for your TE's or open lugs in that case. |
I had a similar issue and decided to keep spacers on just to make sure the lugs are properly tightened. But I am wondering if the stock lugs are deep enough.
