I personally think the gold look better than the black. It just helps it stand out. The black look too plain to me. That being said I would not do

I personally think the gold look better than the black. It just helps it stand out. The black look too plain to me. That being said I would not do what you did, but who cares? It's your car do what you like! Everyone else can suck it.
