are all TPMS the same?...I have some from my is250 lexus, they look just like nissan one's except for different serial #.

You can take them to the dealer and see if they can program them to your car. Then if it works just get them installed in the spare tire while you are there :tup:

Why oh why they didn't put in a self learn mode like a cheap Chevy I have no idea.
