40th Wheel Repair
 

While parallel parking at my dentist I was momentarily distracted by my hygeinist entering the building. Long story.
Anyway I rashed my right rear wheel -- it is minor but noticeable.
Has anyone had a 40th anniversary wheel fixed? I would love to hear your recommendations and experiences.

Was it worth the distraction?

Look up some of the threads where members have had wheel repair done; they all seem happy with the results. It's just a matter of finding someone in your area that others have had good results with.

1. It was only worth the distraction up to the point when I dscovered that the momentary pleasure cost me a wheel scrape.

2. I know there are many options for wheel repair -- I was wondering if anyone with a 40th has had to do it (based on the 40th having a "smkoed" finish.
