Wheels or brakes first?

So I'm itching to get new wheels(Axis Angles ) but it's just that the stock brakes look so... cheap so I'll probably replace em with something else eventually. So should

Default Wheels or brakes first?

So I'm itching to get new wheels(Axis Angles ) but it's just that the stock brakes look so... cheap so I'll probably replace em with something else eventually.


So should I go ahead and replace the brakes first? How much is an average brembo(or similar) brake kit? Not the super duper quadruple drilled racing kits that is.
