You can fit 2 fronts in the trunk with the mat removed but leaving the spare in place. The rears are tougher because they are wider but I have had 4 tires (but not wheels) in the car once with 2 in the passenger seat and 2 in the trunk. Can't say I recommend it as your view out the passenger side window is completely compromised.
