The stock lugs on the 19 Rays wheels will work with your H&R spacers. The H&R 15mm & 20 mm wheel spacers came with replacement studs and the stock lugs work fine on my 20 mm fronts. I have 25 mm on the rears but they are bolt ons and the stock lugs also work fine.

The anniversary gunmetal wheels come with what looks to be the stock chrome lugs. Here is a pic of the anniversary wheel/lugs that I took of an 40th Anniversary owner's stock setup.

Yes, it looks like you are right. I suppose wheel nut covers are the way to go for the time then.
