So how do you make a CF wheel forged? is that an overlay? if so for shame!

Yes it is an overlay. Its one of the cleanest I have ever seen! :tup:

No yea - usually you can tell when its an overlay but those look amazing - esp on that 1er and the GTR!!

I do think the ones you picked out will look BALLING on your car man - I always loved white cars with a wheel that makes them POP :)

What color are your calipers again? Eitherhow - awesome car and balling wheels :)

Ohhh and BTW for those interested in the CF wheels it is Real Carbon Fiber not a vinyl, paint or sticker like some other companies use. This is Overlay uses real Carbon Fiber and resin :tup: thats why it is soo nice and the quality is only the best!

Anywho, nice wheels. Not a huge fan of Carbon overlays, but the polished ones do look nice.

Yeah the "mesh" is my favorite! and the ones I got, but the NEW R10 coming out will look GOOD!!!

HAHA where did we go wrong indeed lmao! The car was great on the track stock and I loved the fact i was several seconds faster than in my race prepped s2000 lol gotta love the extra torque hehehe.

THERE IS ZERO and I mean ZERO relation to 360forged!!! :shakes head: 360 Forged's issues and how they ran business was and is a disgrace to the aftermarket wheel industry! Strasse Forged has been around for several years now. All the wheels are made here in the United States. The Centers are custom cut out of the highest Forged materials. The highest quality barrels and accessories Items are used. There are no cheap parts on these wheels! All the wheels are thoroughly tested and every set goes through rigorous quality inspections. Strasse Forged does not use any Vinyl and everything is painted. Even my center caps had hand painted carizzma candy blue F's. Their attention to detail is far beyond what most manufacturers put into their products. Also, there have been ZERO warranty issues to date.:tiphat:

The wheels are nice, but that Audi is hideous.

Strasse forged makes these wheels. Strasse Forged is located in Miami, FL. All the wheels are American made and tested to meet and exceed all DOT standards. :tup:

how much does a set of these rims usually cost?

anywhere from 3500-6000. 6k is probably for the wheels in Carbon Fiber. i almost got sponsored by Strasse Forged last year but i didn't have that kind of money to drop down on it.

i somehow had a feeling that they might be the same range or more than volks. Love them though. and mikes car. if only there was some way i can steal his car without getting caught.....

as willing as i am to spend that on rims i just cant justify 1000 per wheel, not yet at least with winter coming up

These are in the same price range as volks... And you know what there is only a 1 month turn around unlike volks where you wait 3+ months for a shipment from japan. Another great side note is you get to pick your options! :tup:
