I need to take some time and educate myself on wheel sizes and offsets etc because I have no idea what any of the numbers mean, in the meantime can

I need to take some time and educate myself on wheel sizes and offsets etc because I have no idea what any of the numbers mean, in the meantime can someone tell me if the following would be aceptable offsets for a 370z? What is ideal for our cars? Fronts are 19x8.5 29mm offset Rears are 19x9.5 34mm offset Would this fit a 370z? Thanks
