Default Valve Caps and TPMS

Just had my TPMS light come on a few days ago. I have checked tire pressure and every tire is ok. I cant figure out the reason for the light but the only thing I could think of is that I put on some new valve caps the night before the light came on so thats the only thing I could think of. Anyone ever have this issue because of valve caps before? I guess I will take it in to see if I have a faulty TPMS but it has been fine until just recently.

You are supposed to use valve caps that have the rubber moisture seal to prevent condensation damaging the sensors. However I don't see how this could have any bearing in such a short period of time. I haven't even had valve caps on my wheels for the last 6 months.

Check the spare? I think the spare has a TPMS sensor too...

the spare in the trunk does not, but maybe the one in the front does...

seems to be coincidental that you changed your caps and TPMS came on. wat psi are you running?
i use SSR valvecaps on my factory 19's.
