I crashed the back and Nissan was using the 350z specs for alignment since they told me they didn't have the 370z Nismo specs at that time. And know they say that's not the reason why my tires wore down. Really don't know what to do... any thoughts?

Thanks for your help guys

your alignment shop should have 370z specs by now. if not, take a copy of the service manual. your alignment is definitely screwed.

No alignment specs would call for that sort of toe.

WTF? Seriously, why on earth were they allowed to use 350Z specs on a 370Z? In my book they owe you tires.

Yeah. They're completely full of crap. There isn't a vehicle on the planet that uses that much negative toe. I've got the 350 numbers from an old alignment if you want 'em.

I took the car back to them few minutes ago. They will talk to Nissan about what's going on but if they don't take the responsibility about replacing my tires I will go on court for sure. Now I'm hearing some sort of crackling coming up from the suspension when I'm steering to the right... it could cause any damage to the frame/suspension overall? Thanks a lot guys for your help.

yah, our tires are north of 1100 installed so definitely take it up as needed.

not sure about the crackling... is that when you physically turn the steering wheel to the right without moving forward? could be your strut.

Could actually be very bad. Not to freak you out, but my grandmother was killed when a tie-rod busted in the car they were driving. I would suggest finding an extremely reputable suspension place and have them inspect it for any damage. Get their evaluation in writing with pertinent info highlighted.
