Thanks to everyone for the positive comments. Lowering is next on my list - next month if the funds permit. I will probably go with Eibach springs. I don't want to go too aggresive since I am scraping in places now.

That is my wife's "94 Miata in the garage. I traded my '04 Mazdaspeed Miata on the Z. I have owned 3 Miatas and loved them. The Z blows the Miata away when you compare power even to the turbocharged and modified MS Miata, but few cars, including the Z can outhandle a well set up Miata. And the Miata doors are legendary!
