believe the owners manual, or just take your rear wheel off and look. The specs are molded into the wheel on the back side in raised letters.

To the OP:

So your buying new wheels and you want to put your stock tires on them

ok so for the educational part: Do not listen to the idiots who read you the specs from their front desk computer screen! They do not know what they are talking about!!! A +40 anything in the rear is going to really piss you off when you see the wheels!!!

Jeff Props to you man you said it best! OP pick from this list and you will be happy with your fitment! Your stock tires will fit these all day long...

All of these FRONT setups have the same outer stance: *this will leave your wheels flush*
9.5"+22mm
9.0"+19mm
8.5"+12mm
8.0"+6mm

all of these REAR setups have the same outer stance *this will leave your wheels flush*
10.5" +12mm
10" +6mm
9.5" -1mm
9.0" -7mm

END OF DISCUSSION! DONT ASK WHY JUST FOLLOW OUR LEAD ON THIS!

*side note if you cannot find these specs in the wheels you want get as close as you can within 10mm positive of that number*

i.e.
9.5" +22 ~ 9.5" +32
9.0"+19 ~ 9.0"+29
8.5"+12 ~ 8.5"+22
8.0"+6 ~ 8.0"+16

thanks bullitt, OP, why don't you post up some wheel styles that you like and we can work from there and see what fits? there are TONS of wheels out there that will fit your car, and you probably wont like most of them. However, theres probably only a few styles you like, so go from there and then see which one(s) fit?

I honestly wouldn't go with a shop that is just looking up stuff in a computer that is giving them wrong information. I understand you probably want to stay local so. talk to Chris@ wheelsdirecthttp://www.the370z.com/members/chris...nline-com.html, He's in Miami, he knows his offsets, and can get you a good deal on something and help you decide what to go with whether its something forged or just something that looks good and won't break the bank.

I wouldn't leave 18s to get aftermarket 18s. You should at least go up to 19s and increase the width of your tires. You'll like the results. I personally have always be a fan of the XXR 962. Putting them on my maxima soon.

Wait a minute, I think he's suggesting offset has something to do with what tires he runs. Let's set this straight first, it doesn't matter if you have a +45 or -45 offset, the tire you run is relative to your wheel WIDTH not your offset. an 18x9 is an 18x9 no matter what the offset and the tire will fit on the actual wheel. The only time you need to worry about tire size and offset is when you are determining the wheel width along with those, in case you are trying to stuff something huge under there you might have to run X amount of camber or stretch some tire.
