Venaci Spirits on a stock 370z?

Anyone have pics of venaci spirits (in 19 preferrably) on a stock 370z? Also a stock body 370z thats lowered?

Thanks.

DarkZide 09-20-2010 10:22 AM

Chris_1 09-20-2010 10:26 AM

Darkzide,I usually do not do this, but just putting in venaci on the search tab would probs blow your comp up with the results.

DarkZide 09-21-2010 08:57 AM

I tried, man. All i saw was KevR's car (which is extremely nice), but im trying to find pics of these wheels in 19s on a stock 370, and also a pic of either 19 on a lowered 370.

I dont think anyone has either. :(

Snakebite202 09-21-2010 03:40 PM

Fail...

DarkZide 09-21-2010 05:29 PM

What?

Chris_1 09-21-2010 05:56 PM

I just went on Venaciwheels.com and found a picture within seconds. I truly dont mean to be sarcastic, a simple google search probably wouldve found it too.

How exactly? The gallery is "under construction" and there is a pic of just the wheel but not ON A STOCK SUSPENSION 370 and IN 19 INCH!

Way to be an *** instead of provide any real help.

Darkzide, not being an ***, I am trying to tell you that I found it right away. I mean to be very honest with you, no need to start name calling. You have to have a little imagination, if you see it in 20", the wheel design is not going to change in 19". Most wheels though with a lip in 19" for the Z are going to look very strange and smaller on the z with stock suspension. I am warning you now.

Here is the link I found on google after a quick search:
Venaci Wheels Nissan 370Z Project Car.

Trust me man, I NEVER tell people about the search button, but in a case like this it truly took me 30 seconds at max.

I searched these forums for any thread that mentions Venaci, and i google imaged searched for those wheels and I can not find a 370z with stock or lowered suspension on NINETEEN (19) INCH Vinaci Spirits.

Thats why i asked if anyone maybe had that setup, cause maybe they just never posted pics....ever think of that?

To find exactly what I wasnt looking for. There are no shots of those wheels on stock suspension or in 19.

I want to see them in 19 cause im worried they will look weird. I know what the effing wheel looks like, I just want to see it in a certain size ON the car.

Last time I ever try to get help in this shithole.

Chris_1 09-21-2010 07:00 PM

Things are not perfect man, and sometimes you just have to use a little imagination. I can PROMISE you though, that 19", any wheel in general with a lip, is going to look small and a bit odd on a Z with stock suspension. The car just is too high stock, to accomodate the look of a 19" wheel or even 20" with a lip.

If you get Forgestar, and the tsw nurburgring where they have no lip, you will see that the wheel looks bigger then its size and will look much better b/c of the design.l

DarkZide 09-21-2010 07:01 PM

Well i think the spirits look the best of any rim ive seen on a Z. I just didn't want to go 20's. Thats a bit big.

Chris_1 09-21-2010 07:02 PM

Not saying it isnt a nice wheel, just isnt going to look good on a stock suspension Z, thats ALL im saying and that goes for most all wheels with a lip.

Do your research it would help alot.

djpathfinder 09-21-2010 11:47 PM

Do you have any pictures of a 370Z with Venaci Spirits, without an Amuse body kit?!?!? :stirthepot: Just kidding! Sweet looking ride, Jamaica 951!

Also agree that a lip will give the illusion of the wheel looking smaller when compared to a lipless wheel of the same diameter.

Good one man, i had to laugh sorry OP. Very good example is AZ roadster with the TSW wheels, those things look like 20" and they are 19" and dont look bad on the factory suspension. When you get wheels with a lip, usually you want an aggressive stance or look.

How many times do I have to say that i searched? If anyone can find pics of what i specifically asked for then be my guest, cause i know you can't.

Anyway, thanks for the pics. I was thinking dished wheels on stock ride height would look funny, just wanted to be 100% certain. Wheels aint cheap, yo. :ugh2:

abgyak 09-22-2010 08:31 AM

Trust me... if u want some lips go for 20s!! ive installed 19" Work VS-MS on my Z & it looks smaller than the stock!! Now im definitely going for 20's!!

abgyak 09-22-2010 08:32 AM

Jamaica951: Your Amuse Z Looks Slick!! Im Lovin it!!

CharBoiler 09-22-2010 11:06 AM

Well if you really think you searched enough and couldn't find any pictures then maybe no one out there has these wheels on stock sus.

I meant on weither you want 19 or 20's and suspension. Honestly I dont know anyone running 19 in venaci's on stock height or even lowered.

ClemsonWill 09-22-2010 12:35 PM

Check out JeffBlue's gallery. I think his wheels are 19" with a lip on stock suspension. They are not the Spirits but I think you can get the idea. IMO Jeff's wheels look great.

I think you have him confused with a differnet member. His only gallery has a stock 370 on stock rays.

Chris_1 09-24-2010 10:37 AM

No they are right Jeff is on 19" Forged Specialties Mesh on stock suspension. It looks good, but we has decided to drop the car and go with smaller tires next round.

Chris_1 09-24-2010 10:39 AM

I will say it again, a simple search is so easy. I dont know how I keep finding things in literally under a minute, and you cant find them. I feel like I am feeding a new born child, here is a link:

how do you like my stock rays^:stirthepot:

seriously though. those are the forged specialties 19" mesh wheels on stock suspension. I went with beefier tires than most people do on deep dish wheels in an attempt to lessen the wheel gap. I personally think it looks better to have beefier tires than a massive wheel gap. but anyways, that pretty much the look you're gonna get on a 19" deep dish wheel on stock ride height with a 255/40/19 up front and a 285/35/19 out back. In my mind, i was content with staying stock height, but after all is said and done, i'm still going to lower it on some coilovers.

I personally think most deep dish wheels DO look better in a 20, but i like the idea of 19's, and i think that in a flat face mesh style wheel like mine, you can get away with a 19 better than another style wheel face. I think if you're going with any other deep dish wheel design and the spokes have curvature or anything it really will look better in 20. Also, a stepped lip (i have a flat lip) will cramp things up and probably make a 19 look a bit cramped since its essentailly the face of an 18" wheel

On the plus side, with me running the beefier tires, i don't have to lower the car as much to get rid of the wheel gap which is good since i drive the car every day, so every mm of ride height makes a difference.

bottom line. if you want your car to look like the show cars in the magazines get 20's. i don't really need to have my car look like a show car, so i'm content with the 19's. 19's and 20's are both pretty big wheels anyway.

When i searched for his name in the album section it only brought up one album that had the stock wheels in it. I see the issue now.

Having said that, i will NEVER buy wheels from your jackass self. Assuming you dont own wheelsdirect i think ill contact your boss and let them know what a **** you are, as well.
