What should I do, get new rims or stick with the factory Rays?

That's werd. You probably torqued down using an impact gun not knowing?
If the ichiba's are true 20mm like the eibachs, your stock studs will hit the area. Manufacturer should not matter.

and that's probably why you were getting vibrations from the ichiba V2's because the wheel disc was not sitting flat on the spacers.
