I would like to purchase your product.
Oh, look at that, it didn't work. Refund? No, f*ck that, send me some sample product for me to mess around with. Heck, replace the defective product with a more expensive one. I'm not satisfied. I think I'll start a thread to gripe about you on the interwebz. Everyone will have my side. |

seems like all these 'this company sucks' threads just make the company end up looking great and the OP look not so much. i've never heard of someone sending a sample wheel. Vossen is taking a loss no matter which option you choose, they made wheels that they can't sell and have to take back to scrap or make a coffee table out of. waiting is just part of getting wheels.

i went into a restaurant the other night. I wasn't sure whether i wanted chicken, steak, fish. So i had them make all four and i had a bite of each. i decided to go with pasta. I ate the whole thing but i didn't like it. They offered me a full refund or something else from the menu for free... so i was like 'OK i'll have a 5 pound lobsters!' then they were all like 'well... the lobster is twice as much as what you ordered in the first place' WTF! worst restaurant ever.

Okay Nubz,
I don't think this was the response you intended or expected. Else, you would not have posted this thread. It's good to see that the members of this forum are objective. Customer is NOT always right. Nubz, I think the manly thing to do at this time is to publicly apologize to Vossen for the way you've handle this situation. I waited over 2 months for my wheels. The waiting game is part of getting nice and quality parts for our cars. Anyway, I wish you the best in your wheel search. I'm sure all of the members will be forgiving if you step up and apologize.
