That has been my experience as well regardless of tire brand or tire wear rating!

You have a car with 300HP that handles well. You put a hard tire on it, you will end up spinning them or pushing them to the limit, which essentially wears them quicker. 20-30K sounds reasonable, go look for hte Michelin.

Time to buy tires.

Can anyone tell me exactly what sizes they recommend to fit on the sport package wheels? I see a lot of "265/285" but no one posts sidewall numbers.

Front 265/??/19

Rear 285/??/19

Thanks for your help in advance.

^^Yup...I am running 265/35 & 285/35
20/25 spacers ! The look is worth a double look !!

They look and fit much better than stock sizes. A size that Michelin SS Pilot do not come in, so you are pretty much stuck with the stock sizes.

265/35 fronts
305/30 rears

20mm spacers all around will give you a perfect fitment and yes, this is on sport rays.

Note that the sidewall profile is not a constant, and shouldn't necessarily be the same front to rear since it is expressed as a percentage of the width. If the widths are different then often the optimum sidewall size will be too. Easy way, just look at the overall tire diameter for each size on Tirerack.com and look for two sizes that have the same height and are close to stock height.

With 265/35 your front will be lower so keep that in mind.

Default Tire pressure??

What tire pressure are you guys running on these tires? mine are set at 40 psi and that is what Discount tire inflated them to upon installation. That seems a bit high to me so I was wondering if there were recommendations.
