No it will not fit. You need 20mm for the front.

The stock studs protrude into the back of the factory 19's by about 1.5mm on the front wheels. It's so insignificant you can grind the back of the wheel alittle bit on an angle to make clearance. Seriously doubt it would impact structural integrity.

I think this is why some folks were getting wobbly steering running V2 ichiba's
The wheels were not sitting flat on the spacers due to user error.

Why wouldn't you just get spacers where you replace your lugs with longer ones? I have H&R's that came with the correct length lugs for the spacers. Any decent shop could replace your lugs on all four wheels in about an hour. My local guy charged me $80 to do mine.

Az- that's a good point.

The v2's are convenient for folks that have different spacers and want to change settings/wheels quickly. i have several different sizes and types. the traditional type that comes with new studs are good if you are certain where you want to be at, but clumsy when you need to go down a size or wat not and your lugs are too shallow or dont want to use open lugs, studs too short, etc. V2 you just swap them out very quickly with little tools.
