Talking My new Forged Specialties 20" wheels

Hey guys,

Just got these bad boys fitted this week.. all i can say is that I love the way they look and feel.. Cant thank Chris at Wheels Direct and the guys at Forged Specialities enough.. Custom made this wheel (choosing color, lip size, offset etc) and the overall quality and finish is second to none. From start to finish these guys were great, good communication, accurate time line as to when the wheels would get here and they arrived safe and sound - no scratches etc.. Overall an excellent transaction.

Attached are some pics, let me know what your thoughts are (personally i think the pictures dont do justice & down here in Australia it is SUPER RARE to have a lip this big.. so it's cool to stand out of the crowd!)

I've got H&R springs & SPC rear camber kit to get this final look..

Once again thanks to Chris @ Wheels Direct & Forged specialties.. you rock!

Thanks man.. I wanted this look - the 5 spoke look and black on white (cause im goign to be fitting some carbon parts and get darker tint to set it off) and i was worried if it would look good but i am over the moon!

They are 20" x 9.5 front on 255/30 and rears are 20" x 10.5 on 305/25 (Hancook s1evos)

I'll PM you in regards to price just to respect Chris & Forged specialities - as they did a good deal for me.
=)

awesome wheels man. The stance looks great and that lip is awesome, as is the entire wheel. and its nice to know how the stance will be on my car (we have the same size/offsets) will look if i do the springs and camber kit.

did you need the camber kit when you went to do the alignment with the H&R springs or could you have gotten away without them?

edit: oh yeah and the wheels look great!

thanks guys!

Jeff love your wheels too - that color greyish (hyper black i think it is) is awesome!

yea i'm really happy with the stance - it just gives that car that extra bit more agression (not that is not agressive enough as it is). You just need to be a LITTLE carefull when going up driveways as the plastic fin scrapes (no big deal cause it just peels off).

FairladyZ34 - Yep i do suggest the camber kit (just for the rears) - I mean you could run it without the kit, but i wouldnt personally. I got the SPC kit from Ebay pretty cheap.. You don't need the toe kit, just the Arms. I think you can get away with Eibachs and Tein's without getting a camber kit - but i researched into the springs for ages before deciding with the H&R's. Really happy with them - they ride like stock and give the car a great stance. A few ppl say they are too low - they really aren't... In Australia we have harsh police that pull us up on everything - and this ride height is just legal.. In terms of scraping it's only sometimes the front that scrapes on steep driveways etc.
Hope that helps!

^thanks for your input bro, i was deciding on springs and to me the H&Rs are the only ones that give a nice drop and i think i saw someone on here running the H&Rs without the camber kit but ill prob go with the SPC camber kit too.

Wow 420 views, gotta love that. We need some brighter pictures, but I love it. The end result is just soooo clean. They may not be the best pics, but one of them is my backround for a bit..........
