Upgrading Tires for Stock 18"s

Anyone know the offset on the stock 18's? Just trying to understand the numbers before I buy a set of wheels. I'm looking at Drag DR-37's and they have a

Just trying to understand the numbers before I buy a set of wheels. I'm looking at Drag DR-37's and they have a number of offsets, I'm just trying to understand if that is just a function of wider widths, or aesthetics. Also we have the 5-114.3 hole pattern?
