They can fix it. But I don't know if they'll charge you. Call them and ask. If they say they'll charge you, then given that it's a long drive, you might be better off just calling some local tire shops to find one that has nitrogen and pay them to fix it. At least save the long drive.
OR, you can try yanking the thing out and slapping some of this into the hole!:  I'm just kidding. I wouldn't really recommend it.
