This is the last and final warning:PLEASE DO NOT post off topic useless post in a Tech section thread. Even if the question seems stupid or not asked properly, try to understand what OP is trying to say. Looks like he was asking information about 370Z wheel offset, some info about cold air intake and tuning chips/modules available for the 370Z.
I am simply going to ask him to look at 370z offset 2009+ JWT Dual Pop Chargers...Exclusive The370z Prices or our tuning forum for chip info. Tuning - Nissan 370Z Forum There are plenty of other forums out there that allows these kind of behavior and The370Z.com is NOT one of those places. We also have a useless thread where you can post whatever you like as long as you follow the OT rules. When someone makes a thread in Tech Section, they are looking for info. In this early stage, no question is stupid. If it has been asked before, simply point them out to the previous thread. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. To the op
The intakes are both dual and cold air. The stillen g3 longtube seems to be a big hit in the g37 crowd. As for chips. I have no idea. It will definately void ur warranty completely It is better to reset the ECU after an install of intakes. Like reset the ratios and stuff. |

the ECU will "learn" after mods are made but it will lurn faster if you reset it.

Do you guys know of a way to reset the ECU without disconnecting the battery? It's not a huge issue or anything, but I always find it a pita to have to go through and reprogram all my radio station presets, shift indicator, etc.

Is there any sort of "anti-theft radio code" you need to type in after unplugging your battery?
As for intakes, the ones that I've seen recently are the Stillen ultra long tubes, the HKS "suction kit" aka mushroom cloud, and the ARC Savra induction box thing. You can always check this forum for more details: Intakes and Exhausts! |

Yes you can. I dont remember it off hand but it is in the manual or atleast it is for thr G37. I would assume it is the same. Give me a sec and I will find it.

It's because your car will learn how to run efficiently with the additives. Once the additives run out, your car won't be used to it because that's not what it learned. Hypothetically speaking I guess.
It's like learning English and then suddenly being thrown into Mexico. Now what? Of course I assume that's how it works. |
