Do you guys know of a way to reset the ECU without disconnecting the battery? It's not a huge issue or anything, but I always find it a pita to

Do you guys know of a way to reset the ECU without disconnecting the battery? It's not a huge issue or anything, but I always find it a pita to have to go through and reprogram all my radio station presets, shift indicator, etc.
