Fed ex strikes again!!!!!!!!!

well well
i definitely called this one

i been waiting 4 months for my rims and tires to come in from vip status

Rick down at STATUS finally ships them

..1 week later i get MY RIMS!!!

...2 of them

WTF

i call fed ex they tell me those two are the only ones they have listed coming to me

i call Rick he says im not the only one
apparently two other guys only got half of their shipment in as well

Rick said the boxes are all strapped together but fed ex is so not careful with packeges they probably came apart and now they are lost in the system

Hey FED EX!!....:bs::shakes head::mad:....Fcuk YOU gimme my rims you Fcuks

XwChriswX 07-20-2010 05:10 PM

Did the tracking number you received have 4 boxes associated with it, or just the 2... they should be able to track down the other two if they are associated with your number...

Sorry to hear about that, way to go FedEx. :ugh2:

I'd be  too!

No worries bro. Call and file a claim. Make sure you have the shipping number of the wheels lost. Also have an invoice saying how much each wheel cost. ALso was there insurance? I work for FedEx so I know how it goes

I would have thought a story like this one would be about UPS (not Fed-Ex).

apparently rick gave one tracking number which corresponded to one of the wheels, the second wheel came with-its own tracking #
so logic dictates that each rim has its own tracking #

when i called fedex they said only two tracking Numbers( the ones that i got)were due to be shipped to me

so somewhere out there are two 20X11 MF rims and tires in which the tracking Numbers were never scanned and aren't in the system

God only knows were they are...

them sh!ts aren't exactly cheap

wishihadnav 07-20-2010 05:31 PM

damn..hope they turn up.

Then I would call the supplier who shipped them out as a whole order, they should have received the tracking number for each individual one... If not, thats a foul on them... :ugh:

Sorry to hear about this buddy hope you get everthing squard away quick

Soon 07-20-2010 06:17 PM

well i jus got to the bottom of this

I got a hold of Rick Down at Status

apparently FED EX ruffed the boxes up so much that the four rims that were all strapped together came loose(explaining y the Fed ex guy gave me two FZUKED up boxes with straps hanging off them) the additional rear rims got separated (and probably damaged) lost and were shipped back to Rick

so now i have to WAIT for Rick to get them, inspect them and hopefully ship them back to me.

Fzuking FED EX ....

That sucks, BUT.......

I used to be a Fed-EX driver, and let me tell you, You should more likely blame the punk-*** college kids inside the warehouse for this, rather than the driver. Most drivers don't even load their own trucks, the warehouse does.

Also, When I was a driver I noticed alot of companys shipped rims inside of boxes? This is a stupid Idea, same with shipping anything super heavy inside a box, the box completely falls apart! Rims don't need boxes, just pad the edges, plastic wrap it, and slap a sticker on it, DONE.

Hope you find your rims.

When I got my wheels from Rick UPS damaged one of my wheels and I had to open up a claim. I eventually received a new wheel but it took another month. That's when VIP started using FedEx. UPS has screwed me in the past also!
I guess USPS is starting to look good!

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS put a Fedex/UPS label on all boxes in a shipment. It's not hard to do. :shakes head:

Mike 07-20-2010 09:43 PM

sounds like a problem with the shipper and inadequate packaging. I would blame them, not fedex.

:iagree:

Trying to save a few pennies by strapping items together is a FAIL
