I'm sure the answer to this question is somewhere on this forum however I can't find it...lol My car has 7,500 miles on it and the tire maintenance warning just

I'm sure the answer to this question is somewhere on this forum however I can't find it...lol My car has 7,500 miles on it and the tire maintenance warning just came on? The tires look fine, I don't see any nails, and the tread is still good...does this light come on when the tire pressure decreases? Does anyone know what else might cause this warning to come on? Thanks, Richard
