Tires
So Has anyone decided on which tires they will replace when your OEM are gone? I've been thinking of getting the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus ZP Any other suggestions would be welcomed.

I ran Sumitomo HTR Z III's on my 335i. For the money it is a great tire.

I live in Utah so plan to get all season tires for the cold weather (not snow). The Michelin Pilot Sport A/S is at the top of my list. I'll run the summer tires in the summer so it looks like the purchase of a second set of wheels is needed.

Michelin Pilot Sport PS2. Ran them on my S2000 as well as my 350Z. Absolutely loved them.

Stock tires for the street.....race tires for the track.

The Michelin PS2 is about the lightest weight tire you can buy. I'll be making the switch soon.
In the past I've run GForce TA KDW, Pirelli P Zero Nero M&S, and few others. I really like the GForce for wet and dry traction but it wears too quicly. The Pirelli is the best all around tire I've ever used. I'm anxious to see how the Michelin stacks up. |
You will love the Michelin Sport tires....they are great !!!

The reviews are good too. I've used PS2s several times now & am a big fan (except for the $). I'll be giving the Sumo a try the next time. |
Unfortunately there aren't many selections for max performance tires in the 19" sizes, but the OEM's, Michelin PS2 or Dunlop SP Sport Maxx are the top picks.
