40th aniversary rim colour code

hey guyz, i am thinking of painting my rims, i really like the 40th aniversary smoke, does anyone have an idea what the colore code for that might be?

That's the paint code for the body. I believe the OP is asking about the paint code for the wheels which is slightly different and, to my knowledge, not listed (yet).

its the same paint as the GTRs smoke wheels.. nissan doesnt have a paint code for it you would have to custom match

the closest nissan has to it in an actual code would be K11.. this is close enough for painting a set of wheels if you like the color of the 40th.... but if you already have a 40th anni rim and you need it touched up from like large curb rash or something K11 wont match enough to be exact

but k11 is close enough to touch up small spots like chips from rocks...

I know I'm resurrecting an old thread...just wondering if anyone has found the colour code for the 40th anniversary rim since 9 months ago. Is the GT-R smoke rim (K11) lighter or darker than a 40th rim?

^K11 is not the GTR rim's color code. It's the color code of the lower trim of the GTR's factory ground effects. It's just close to it, but it's not it.

The 40th rims seem to be an anodized gray chrome color...that really needs to be color matched.

According to the local powdercoater and wheel repair place....Nissan refuses to release these paint codes or the process used to paint them. Some of the effects on these colors might require a base coat first like black or silver....who knows. They said all of their GTR customers are SOL for an exact match so Nissan has really left the owners of 40th Ann and GTRs out to dry if they ever need wheel repair. Frustrating.
