Is this tire/wheel size possible??

How far are people able to lower the suspension (especially in front) with "wider" wheels and tires without having to modify the inner fender well? I realize that it is

I realize that it is widely dependent on tire size/manufacture and offset, but in general what is an expect range to lower the car?
