Changing "09 18's to "10 19" Rays

I'm looking into changing my "09 18's to the "10 19" Rays (Australia). My bro just bought a 2010 but likes my rims better so I'm trying to convince him to trade haha :tup:

Anyways, my question is whether I would need to change anything in relation to offset's etc if I was to swap, or would it be as simple and swapping all rims?
