This is how wheel arches should wrap around large wheels on a sports coupe, in my humble opinion...

Why couldn't the Nissan designer have achieved a similar effect?

not liking the look the rear wheel-well looks off or something. too much space.

Someone said in here that they looked photo chopped. I have to agree. It looks fake.
