The most recent issue of either Car & Driver or Road & Track (can't remember which) has performance specs for different wheel sizes and basically showed a huge difference in acceleration times, which they said was almost completely related to the wheel weight. I knew it was a factor, but I had no idea it was such a big factor.
If I were more concerned with weight than looks, what are some good wheels to check out? I'm not looking to pimp my ride, so OEM sizes (sports version) are what I'd be interested in. And I'm not paying $3,000 a wheel, so I guess carbon fiber is out ![]()
