You cannot achieve flush fitment by changing tire sizes. Flush fitment is determined by wheel width, offset, and alignment. Since new wheels aren't currently in you budget, you'll have to use spacers (20-25mm). As mentioned above, 265/35/19 with 305/30/19 is a popular pairing. Read THIS THREAD if you want to become more familiar with wheel/tire sizing.
